To ensure your device is functional and working properly for the most amount of time, we recommend you take the following precautions and recommendations into account during your use and ownership of the device:
Do not operate or expose device in visible moisture (liquids, rain, snow, fog, clouds, etc.) unless device is housed properly in an approved housing unit (not yet available).
Ensure device is turned completely OFF when not installed on drone to avoid broadcast of RID data.
Do not expose device to static electricity.
When storing device, place device in a dry, static-free, and closed container.
Remove dirt/dust often with short burst of compressed air OR gently using a small, delicate brush, such as a horsehair paint brush.
Do not leave device unattended when charging.
Do not overcharge battery in device.
Use approved charging equipment.
Use approved equipment when using GPS and antenna connectors
Do not modify, remove, or otherwise tamper with device as this may result in permanent irreversible damage. Additionally, tampering with equipment may deem the device non-compliant with Federal Aviation Regulations.
Do not operate if device is damaged.
